At Bunny Builder, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our document automation service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new customers subscribing to any paid plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription payment
  • This applies only to your first subscription payment with Bunny Builder
  • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee

3. Renewal and Cancellation

3.1 Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to the Subscription page
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

4.1 Service Interruptions

If our Service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using core features, we may issue a pro-rated refund or service credit at our discretion. Please contact support to report such issues.

4.2 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.

4.3 Terms of Service Violations

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment processor, Paddle, and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refund considerations. Users on the Free plan can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

8. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan customers with custom agreements should refer to their specific contract terms regarding refunds and cancellations. Standard refund terms may not apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
