4. Subscription Services

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Bunny Builder cancels it.

You retain all rights to any content you upload, generate, or create using the Service. Bunny Builder does not claim ownership of your documents, templates, or data.

By uploading content to the Service, you grant Bunny Builder a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

In no event shall Bunny Builder or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
